It's not that bad, lol, and it should be easy to party up. We're lucky since at one point we wouldn't be able to!

W-what did you think of the intro with the big ass dragon?

To be honest, at the time I didn't have the faintest idea what was happening.

I've just rewatched, and I think I have a grasp of the basics now. Basically the Garleans (boo) and the Eorzeans (yay) had a massive battle, during which the Garleans (boo) pulled the moon down, but it wasn't a moon it was a giant dragon egg, and it destroyed the whole world. Then Louisoix did some blue magic and stopped everything, while dying himself, and now it's five years later and the world has been rebuilt but no-one can remember who the original heroes, i.e. the people playing FF14, were.

Is that about right?

(For anyone who hasn't played, it's not as terrible as I made it sound. I hate JRPG plots, and this one is actually pretty coherent for the most part.)

Indeed, that was pretty accurate. If you want to hear what happened and where Bahamut (the dragon) went after he went ape shit there is a raid at lv50 o/.

Mainly, it's a great intro but what everyone loves is 'Answers', the song that played. I get chills at the part where the old guy (Louisoix) saves you with that bubble. (Also when Bahamuts wings part the clouds and he comes face to face with him).

(I still love that the intro is the reboot of a failed mmo in a cutscene basically)

If you do want to do a dungeon by the way, I'm around Wednesday and Thursday evening, if either work for you.

That's if I can team up for dungeons while I'm on a free trial. If not it'll have to be after 6 March – I'm leaving it til the last day of that offer before I buy, so I don't waste my free month on pre-35 content.

I can do both but I might be back too late (8:30 ish) ;;.

I was getting hyped thinking of showing you the expansion jobs but you might have seen them all already. (Dark Knight Lalafells are so cute tho)

Yeah, my PS4 HDD is constantly full too. Pro Tip, don't download FFXV (and that's only going to get a LOT bigger...)

I went through and uninstalled a bunch of stuff that I either haven't played in ages, or have never played. Also cleared out a load of Share button videos. Loads of space now, though I think the madness might have passed.

Still, you can't beat that clean hard-drive feeling.
